How does the process work? 

I’ll meet with you both on a video call to hear the details of your love story. I’ll learn how it all began and from each of your own unique perspectives. You can choose to have a single one-hour call together or to meet with me separately for 30-minutes each. 

After our video call, I’ll write the first draft of your “how we met” story. 

Next, we enter the revision process and this is when you’ll both have an opportunity to provide feedback.

Once the story is finalized, it’s yours to cherish.

Do you follow a “how we met” story template? 

No. All the work I do is completely custom. No fill-in-the-blank questionnaires or mad-lib style stories. This is why our video call is so important.

I will dive into details to really learn how your love began and so I can understand how to convey the authenticity of your unique story.

I’m not a good storyteller. Will this process still work? 

Yes, because I am good at pulling details out of people. The key to writing your “how we met” story is through the questions I’ll ask during our video call. 

These thought-provoking questions will provide me with the right material to write your story. You will receive these questions in advance of our call. This way, if you need time to gather your thoughts, you’ll be able to prepare. 

What if we don’t have a unique meeting story?

First of all, this simply isn’t true. You may assume because you met at a bar, through a friend, at work, or online that your story is straight-forward and not especially unique but you’d be wrong. 

Every single love story is special, unique, and deserves to be told in detail. 

While you may not even recognize that you have a story, I will. And that’s what will make your “how we met” story even more fun. You’ll get to hear your love story told back to you in a way you had never envisioned.
